Before you book, ask.
Four questions that tell you a lot about a pressure washing pro. A good one will answer them plainly.

- Can you send a certificate of insurance?Ask for the certificate, and read what it covers and for which dates.
- Do you have a local business tax receipt?Florida counties and cities issue them to businesses operating there. Ask to see the number.
